SunPower and Blue Raven. Please do not refer friends for solar panels, you will never get the agreed upon bonus for the referral. Still waiting its been almost a year later now.

We had panels installed a year and a half ago and first the install was done poorly causing them to be down for months before someone came to fix them. Now they claim they are all working properly but our electric bill has not changed. We've tried requesting someone to look at them multiple times but nobody ever gets back to us or they just claim they're working without even sending someone out or looking at anything. Their customer service sucks and just tried arguing with us that nothing is wr

This never saved a dime on our power for the last several years. I called many times and they just blamed us for using more electricity which is not true. They told us to call our power company. You can see by my review history that I generally am a 5 star reviewer so I prefer to support positive things. This company is terrible. I would love if this sparked meaningful support. I would be willing to fix this review if they did.

We gave the company a deposit of $25,919 in mid August 2025 after the sales representatives determined a plan and had us sign a contract for solar installation. However, when the installer came four months later in early December 2025, he determined that the installation could not be done. The contract was cancelled and we were told that our money would be refunded. The equipment was picked up about five weeks later near the end of January 2026 where it had been stored in our garage. Do your research, I can not say that enough. I made a large and expensive mistake. I have solar panels and no battery to store extra energy. Batteries are just as expensive as the panels. I was not told about off grid vs on grid. I can say my Duke bill did go down. So having panels will not benefit me and my family during an emergency. Get all the facts first before making a very expensive mistake.

I paid half up front for a $26000 solar installation. After it is installed, Tyler from accounting says it won't work when the power is off because it would endanger the linemen if my solar panels tried to power the whole grid. Then he tried to sell me a battery system. So basically my 18 panels are useless if the power goes out. Just beware. We are resolving issues. They will probably get some stars back.

I had a system installed just four months ago, and from day one, I experienced issues—including a panel that never worked. It took three months for a technician to even come out, and now they are blaming animal damage for a problem that existed from the start. The wiring was poorly installed and left exposed, making the system vulnerable, and their customer service is abysmal. Multiple calls and messages went completely unanswered. It seems that all support disappears the moment you sign the con
