Even though we repeatedly request the same team, they keep changing the cleaners every time without prior notice. While some of the staff do an excellent job, others handle our furniture and belongings very roughly, and things end up broken every single time. On top of that, you have to try reaching out at least 2 or 3 times just to book the next appointment.

We’ve used this cleaning service and are somewhat happy with the experience. The team was punctual (came 30mins before time) and communication was smooth (even though it can be hard to get a preferred date or time even 15 days in advance)
