Update - have not heard a peep from this company, so my advice is steer clear of them all together. I was referred to Bloomin Blinds by a relative and had high hopes of using them. During the sales process, the repeated missed deadlines, lack of follow-through, and constant need for me to chase updates has made this a very disappointing experience. TL;DR - The great reviews are likely for the previous franchise owner. Getting service is impossible once you have them. We originally purchased our motorized patio shades from Bloomin Blinds north Austin a few years ago and were happy with them. However, as we have needed service on them, it has become impossible to reach anyone.
