Hats off to Jeremiah - out tech - who saw through replacements of motors on all of our blinds when it was determined the prior versions were not up to speed. This was NO fault of Blinds Direct - but instead an unfortunate circumstance related to timing of tariffs impacting supply. Net - the problem was identified and Blinds Direct did the RIGHT thing by replacing at no cost. And Jeremiah was timely, communicative, flexible in scheduling, and a true expert and professional in the installation
