I had used Blind Magic in the past and the gal that helped me in 2023 did a great job so I scheduled an appointment for my own home and they even confirmed the appointment and nobody showed up Very disappointing and not good Customer Service

Blind Magic saved the day! We lost brackets in the move, but Rachel was tremendously helpful and patient to help us figure out which replacement brackets to get and walked us through how to reinstall them. What a great local resource - will gladly return to them for all future blinds related needs.

We have a mini honey comb blind that got stuck. I googled it nd found Blind Magic with excellent reviews, so I gave it a try. The receptionist was pleasant and helpful. It took a day and the repair was done and it came back brand new.I was very happy.I will recommend them.
