I had a great experience with Blind Alley’s repair department. My original dealer was out of business, so I brought my broken motorized shade to Blind Alley. The shade wasn't repairable and was also out of warranty, but Blind Alley worked with the manufacturer (Hunter Douglas) to get a full replacement anyways.
