Mixed experience. I was charged a $99 dispatch fee plus a $110/hour diagnostic fee, which I understand is standard for the area. However, the technician spent about 15 minutes of the hour searching the garage on a personal call discussing a friend's wedding plans instead of focusing on the issue. Despite being in my garage and around the house for an hour, he couldn't find the tripped GFCI.
