Cass was very professional and polite. He explained the problem and promptly took care of it. I will be calling him again for any plumbing issues.

The only plumbing company that I could get service on the weekend for my sewer backup!! Otherwise I would have had to wait three days until I got serviced. The tech was timely, friendly, explained the problem and took measures to keep the area as clean as possible. I would certainly choose them again!

From the first call, I was impressed by the service and professionalism of Blau. David LaChapelle installed the unit and was very informative regarding the installation and reviewing the new water treatment system. He put protective film on our carpeting and left the area he worked in spotless.

Very nice and polite service. Very happy with everything beginning with the original phone call and ending with completed service.
