Came out to do a repair. Upstairs central air was working, downstairs was not. He drained the Freon, put in nitrogen to check for leaks. He couldn’t find any leaks near the main system. He said more then likely a leak was further down the line. He said it would be cheaper to replace the entire system with a new one rather than repair the part as we wanted him to.
