I think the inspector was great he pointed out all the things that I actually would be interested in would look at if I was even there and noticed things that I would not have so it was all great
Very thorough, very professional. Paul spent quite a while explaning everything of note on his inspection report. "This could be an issue, this is probably incidental" type of conversation which my wife and I both found to be helpful.
