Not sure how they have this high a rating. They've worked on my chimney several times and I'll never use them again. Overpriced and do shoddy work. Both times they "fixed" something that they said I needed done, it was worse off afterwards. They said I needed a new damper, even though mine had been working fine. They put one in that is 10 times worse than what I had. The other work they did made my chimney leak when it rains and tons of smoke comes in the house when I have a fire. What a bunch o
