I would have given a five star but I had a problem. My problem was solved and I’m very satisfied. I would definitely recommend them for service.

Spring Itrigation startup. Completed in a timely manner,. All zones were checked for optimum coverage and adjusted as needed. Two sprinkler heads failed over the winter and were replaced with new heads. The failures were likely due to snow blower bumpd during the winter.

Black Diamond installed our irrigation system in 2004. Since then they have winterized our system every year. They are friendly, professional and easy to contact. Here’s an example of their service: several years ago I installed some shrubs and accidentally cut a waterline. I called Black Diamond and they came over right away to make the repair even though it was late in the day. We will continue to use this company for as long as we have a sprinkler system.
