Darien figured it out on his first visit here and replaced it in one week. They communicate clearly and promptly and are very responsive to any questions or needs. I had solar at my previous house and was not happy. I shopped around this time and called 4 solar companies. Black Platinum Solar had the best upgraded panels and top quality system which have micro inverters on each panel. Great warranty too! Their pricing was very reasonable compared to the other bids. The app has a lot of information and easy to use. I have not lived through the summer yet with the solar to see the impact on my electric bill. Highly recommend!
