After years of skepticism about home security systems, we are finally believers! We had our system installed by JD and he was so thorough about the whole process, made everything super simple and patiently answered all of our questions. Very impressed with everyone we’ve interacted with and looking forward to being a long term customer.

Our experience with Black Hat has been exceptional so far. Scheduling someone to come out was seamless and quick, and Jorge (our installation tech) was amazing! Really knowledgeable and super kind. He really took his time to make sure our home was as safe and secure as it could possibly be. We also appreciated his patience with all of our questions. All in all, fantastic experience. We are so excited about our new security system, and happy we chose Black Hat.

Customer Service is horrible. They apparently had an issue with the card on file because they “stopped” taking payments out. I contacted them to tell them we were moving and they told me I still had to pay out the contract. They then decided they wanted to collect nearly 1 year worth of missed payments. The contract was over in May but they still are charging for June too because they “tried” to take the money out. I can not help but feel that this negligence ultimately trickles into their actua
