Bought a new house in Queen Creek Arizona that had an existing black security system installed. Contacted Black hat and they were happy to come out and transfer the system to my name and set up service for me. They sent out jorge and he did an amazing job, configuring the system, the garage doors and instructing me on how to properly use it. Thank you jorge.

I recommend avoiding this Alarm Company due to their poor and unprofessional customer service, specifically from Terrie and Lucy.

Customer Service is horrible. They apparently had an issue with the card on file because they “stopped” taking payments out. I contacted them to tell them we were moving and they told me I still had to pay out the contract. They then decided they wanted to collect nearly 1 year worth of missed payments. The contract was over in May but they still are charging for June too because they “tried” to take the money out. I can not help but feel that this negligence ultimately trickles into their actua
