Very thorough, reasonably priced, and attentive to taking care of my home. Technician even cleaned my intake vent so my electric bill would stay lower. Used them for HVAC services and plan to use BL James & Son for plumbing as well. So glad I found this company after my other firm closed.

BL James installed and services my HVAC system. The charge today was for my annual maintenance contract and my spring AC tune up. They are a reliable, competent and friendly company to work with. And their prices are fair and reasonable.

I want to update my review. Besides HVAC, they do top notch plumbing. Luis and Israel changed out my new kitchen faucet perfectly! They then changed out two toilets in my condo seamlessly!!
