False advertising. These guys overwhelm the area Facebook marketplace page completely with misleading posts for their design company.

Their prices are cheap but so is everything else. They ordered 20 extra handles ($200) and the refused to accept the return. Several cabinets showed up damaged and had to be replaced- it took 2 months to come in and I had to go pick them up myself even though we paid an extra $500 for delivery. It took over 3 months and 10+ phone calls to finally get my counter top deposit refunded. Highly recommend looking elsewhere where

Working with BKG Design has been a great experience. This is not our first renovation, but our first time working with them. We had a layout already, but they were there to answer all of our questions! Everyone was accommodating and responsive through the whole process. Bonnie was amazing! The cabinets are great quality and look amazing! The countertop install went flawlessly. The prices could not be beat! We would definitely recommend this company to friends.
