Things have changed over the last 2 seasons. My lawn treatments did not respond as in prior years and I no longer felt like I was being treated as a valued customer. Felt more like an afterthought. This year a new person showed up. What was supposed to be every six weeks became every 8 weeks. Decided not pay in advance due to missed end of year treatment last year. Really wanted to continue supporting this business. Will try a new service moving forward.
