Kevin came out and cleaned the unit and figured out what was wrong and replaced it. SAME DAY! He was courteous of the house and took his time to explain to me what was what. Very honest, knowledgeable and friendly staff. They provided guidance on replacing vs cleaning/servicing my gas fireplace that ended up with me keeping my existing fireplace setup (instead of replacement). Their side business, "Stove Doctor" did the site visit and did a great job cleaning/servicing the unit.
