I was thoroughly impressed from start to finish. They were on time and efficient from their first visit to estimate and until the job was done. We’ve had other companies who have wet everything and left. Bill’s pretreated everything and made sure everything was pristine before they left. They did not cut a single corner! Everything was done honestly, efficiently, and with attention to quality of service. We will definitely use them again!

Daryl came out to fix a couple of ripples in a bedroom carpet of ours. He was timely and explained the process and what to expect. He even did some heavy lifting of furniture for me! The carpet stretching work was top notch. It was a pleasure working with this company!

They did a great job! From scheduling, to being on time (even a bit early, which I love), and cleaning the carpets quickly and efficiently. The man that was cleaning our carpets was friendly and knowledgeable. Will use them for carpet cleanings in the future!
