Horribly job putting the new asphalt down on Ashland lmao

Woken to a single truck at 2:30 am driving back and forth in front of my home for hours creating extremely loud noise and disturbing the neighborhood. We have active construction outside and never once has that crew disobeyed noise ordinance, the city needs to cut ties with this company.
