I’m extremely disappointed with Big Orange Solar. They took my deposit, the project never moved forward, and they refused to provide any documentation or evidence of work supposedly performed. Despite repeated requests, they also refused to return the deposit. The company stated that the project did not move forward because the home had been sold. This statement is incorrect.
