Immediately after purchasing a drain, I realized it was the wrong one and returned it right away. The clerk(Timothy Miles) never mentioned that the refund would be less than what I paid. When I went back to ask about the missing $5, he claimed there was a $2.40 “handling fee” charged at both purchase and return, something that was never noted on my receipt.
