At first, there were some issues with loan information and getting a scheduled install date. Once those were accomplished everything was installed as per the bid. Mandy was especially helpful from the beginning to the finish. A special thanks goes out to her. Overall, the experience was excellent and I'm very happy with the look of my back yard. I would recommend Big Bully Turf to anyone looking to install artificial turf.

Aside from a super competitive price they truly do have the best product. The part that absolutely blows me away is the quality of the install and the communication in-between dates!! Kenny is the absolute best, thank you for all your time!
