Jason is excellent. We urgently needed a new water heater and he was responsive, gave a fair and reasonable quote for the work, and completed everything quickly and efficiently. He also responded to a follow up request and made sure everything eas functioning well and took care of everything. Another great job from Big Apple. Disraeli was here ahead of schedule and re-plumbed the hack job the previous owners had done on the kitchen sink in no time, finishing ahead of schedule. He was courteous, professional, personable, and didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need. Jason and his team at Big Apple are my go to guys!

We used Big Apple Plumbing to do our sewer line replacement and we were very happy with the work that was done. Jason was very quick to respond to our initial request for a 2nd opinion and sewer scope. He talked us through all of our options and patiently answered all of our questions. The actual work to replace the sewer line was completed extremely quickly and with super minimal impact to our yard, which we really appreciated!

This company is as good as it gets! The owner Jason came out himself replaced my leaking water heater same day! He was very friendly and absolutely loved our dog. We have had some poor experiences in the past with plumbers but this by far was the best experience we have ever had with a plumber.
