Impossible to get ahold of. Both their phones go straight to voicemail. Finally they replied back through email. Carl Bevard said he would come same day between 3pm-4pm. Never showed up. Then he said he would show again and can come now. Never showed up. The total well replacement is still under warranty and at this point they are not honoring it simply by not showing up to fix it.

Carl is truly the definition of a contractor and business owner with integrity. My well stopped working when the temps were -10 degrees in January. When I called the business number, Carl offered to walk me through the pump replacement process over the phone. After 2 days and SEVERAL phone calls my well was back up and running. This was beyond a kind gesture and I am still extremely grateful for his help. When no one else would answer the phone, Carl was there.

Called for advice and help. They helped me diagnose a problem over the phone! Would highly recommend!
