I thought I had chosen a good company. Now, some inspectors miss some things. He missed issues with kichen sink, issues with bathroom tiles, leaks etc. IFyou are concerned with your roof, pool, would suggest getting an inspector that has that expertise. Im stuck with a $3,000+ bill bc inspection failed to reveal issues with the roofs fascia etc. The awning was never checked. Maybe not included but stuck with a $10k bill because it needs new motor etc. Now maybe oversights, but when you see
