Your worker showed up and performed the service and explained that he had found several important findings that would be critical for me to know. He promised to complete the transaction and provide the agreed upon inspection write up in a timely matter. That was almost 2 months ago. This company is a joke! Stay away from Bethesda Chimney at all costs. They will charge you ahead of time and then not show up. I will be filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau and as many on line review sites as I can.
