For the 3rd time in the last 4 weeks, my trash hasn't been picked up. They give excuses like new driver and whatever they want to. My trash took 5 days to get picked up last week. Stupid petty company will LITERALLY not pick up your trash for missing a payment

We have been customers with Best Way for 3 years +.Oh my account is up to date. Twice this month, they didn'tpick up our trash. I was told yesterday at 1pm, video had to be reviewed before a reroute could be done. No call back, no reroute. Called this am, was told the truck were down and the video couldn't be reviewed.
