Terrible driver! This guy can’t follow the rules of the road.

Driver on the 73 towards south county this morning, license ending in N1.....teach your drivers how to drive on highways! Driving in the far left lane with 3 people right up behind him, impeding traffic. Instead of obeying the law and moving over, he hit his brakes and slowed down.
