Called into the office for general info on windows and doors, and even though I’m not replacing my windows yet. Jacob was super helpful in providing me all of the info I need. As soon as I’m ready, will definitely be calling them back.

I contacted Jacob about a month ago about a garden window and because I was moving I asked him to call me back in a month. He did follow up with me a month later and as it happened I found out that the window had been repaired so I did not need his services. He was very polite with me even though he did not get the job. If I ever need any window work at all I will defintaly call Jacob at Best Interiors Steve Forssell
