On Saturday May 16th this technician arrived to my property spent 5 minutes at the home and did not resolve my plumbing issues. I was charged and he was compensated for work he did not complete. This technician will not receive a favorable review from me as I was charged for work that he did not do! BCP use to be a reputable company with highly trained technicians. This guy is definitely not one of them. On Monday May 18th I called BCP to complain about the first guy who was sent to my house

Arrow Plumbing provided excellent service for the sewer line repair they did. Their team was responsive. The crew did an outstanding job.
