Ian C the technician who came to my home was on time.He walked my wife and I what was wrong with the garage door and opener.He stated that it would take less than 45mins to fix.once he was done he pointed out what he had done.Went over the different options plans for the unit.Outstanding job by Ian.will recommend the services to our two HOA’s and all my neighbors.
