Tom was very helpful and professional but was not able to do the drain leak testing because they do not have the proper equipment for this.

Horrible experience, cannot recommend under any circumstance.

I hate to leave a review but I feel that their company has predatory practices that need to be discussed. We had a water heater break and they came out same day which was nice. The plumber said he was worried about water damage and suggested a company EcoDry come do a “free estimate”. He said there was no cost unless we used their services and the assessment was totally free. Tom, the plumber, called them to tell them to come over and that they would reach out to me when they were on their way.

An asset to the team. Very courteous and professional. You should give him a pay raise. In fact, you should double his wage.

Tom is a true professional, very friendly & courteous. Has experience in his trade. CORRECTLY flushed the Hot water heater. Walked thru my entire house (interior & exterior) and evaluated each fixture. I will be requesting him for future PM & service.
