About 4, maybe 5 years ago, I had this company come out and replace my hot water heater and get everything up to date with electrical and expansion tank. Cost over 10K. For spending that much money, I expect everything to work perfect for at least 5 to 8 years. It did not. I have to call in at least 3 or 4 times the first 3 months due to it not working properly. Had to call the day after install because the water lines were hooked up backwards. Constant issues with thermostats not working prope

Jordan is a great technician for Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. He explained what his thorough visit would entail and showed pictures of concerns that may need to be addressed. He is very professional and took care to put everything back in its original condition. He is personal and a pleasure to have working in our home. Today ( 5/15/26 Caleb and his team did an awesome job putting in a whole house water filtration system. It was a full day of hard work , and we appreciate that they were diligent
