I purchased an Enviro EF2-1 from Bell about 2 years ago. The installation was perfect. However, my stove stopped working at the beginning of its 2nd season. I called Mark and he sent someone over to clean it and "look at it". The guy had no idea what was wrong with it but the auger was not releasing pellets. I called Mark over and over. He skipped out on at least 3 scheduled appointments for one reason or another. Enviro, the manufacturer, has no solution but to go through the distributor. Mar

I do not recommend Bell’s Fireplace. Had their technician come to the house to inspect our fireplace and he pulled it off its base… and didn’t fix it. Made notes of things for repair and told us he he give it to the owner, and never heard back from anyone about the repairs. I called back a month later and the person who answered the call said he would have the owner call me back. No one has called me back. Unprofessional and unreliable business practices.
