Thank you so much! I almost got swindled by a locksmith dispatch place that quoted me $875 for 11 replacement doorknobs. Bell Lock and Safe's much more reasonably re-keyed the locks, which was less than half as much even with the fee for the site visit. Plus it's such a pleasure to do business with a longstanding local business run by kind, competent people doing good business with their neighbors. It felt a little old fashioned really and was a much better way to end a terrible, horrible, no go
