So…. They responded quickly to my water damage and dried it out, and that was terrific. After taking the last dehumidifier out, the next day, they said that they needed to come by and take another picture, but I was not available. On the day that we rescheduled, they didn’t show up and they didn’t call. I asked the insurance company about it and they told me they called and they would be getting in touch with me. And that was a couple of days ago. My insurance company gave me money to repair

The water mitigation side of the company is great and very helpful but the restoration side is another story. The estimator that was handling my claim (Craig) did a terrible job of communicating, I couldn't even get a call or email back and the restoration never even started.
