Called to ask a simple question. Person who answered the phone was rude

They won’t take anything 15 minutes prior to closing. I don’t even know why they say they’re open till five if they don’t take anything at 4:45. I arrived at 4:47 and they turned me away. I drove over an hour to get to them. I tried calling to see if they would take my load, but no one picked up the phone after calling him three separate times.

This place is a complete scam. Hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had at a dump. The guys in the back literally stand over you the whole time like you’re a criminal uncomfortable, unprofessional, and honestly ridiculous. Then they hit you with a $130 minimum charge that they conveniently don’t tell you about until you’re already stuck paying. That’s not poor communication that’s deceptive, plain and simple. On top of that, they take your ID/bank card and hold onto them while you’re dumpin

This place should be Shut down! Over priced,not friendly, bad practices, lack of communication to name and few. Take you time and money elsewhere. RIPOFF!!!!! SHUT IT DOWN!! SHUT IT DOWN!! THE CITY NEEDS TO GET INVOLVED ASAP!!

Good place to get rid of construction trash! And cheap!! Just no paint cans.
