Beaverton Plumbing installed our new kitchen faucet. A week later it came loose from the counter BP came back and tightened it. A week later it came loose again. Joel said that it was attached to a flawed cabinet and would have to charge over $400 to fix it. My son came and found that the tightening bolt had excessive grease and got that removed. Also found that the faucet was attached to the quartz counter top which was flat. He got it tightened in 15 minutes.

had been a good company, up until the recent work we had done to perform a minor drainpipe repair. parts were billed at 4-5x of what I could get them for from lowes/home depot. and was charged 2-3x the time it took to do the repair work, with no explanation of what the extra time was for - except they made some attempt to say it took like 1-2 hours to grab 5 parts from the warehouse. And the parts were probably already stocked on the company van anyway! or if they weren't, they should have been

Written for a 59 year old disabled man who lives alone. They left the fridge, washer, and dryer halfway across the room and left the doorways blocked. They left a huge mess of plastic pipes and left it that way on a FRIDAY. So they can't come get it until Monday. Unacceptable. Pictures taken and I'm sending them to Hillsboro housing. Ridiculous.

These guys charged me for their driving time too and I was not informed about this when the appointment was booked. And, the repair guy takes his own time, spending time in talking and hanging out even after the repair. Then, they surprise you with huge bill because they charge by 15 minute increments of their time. Don't use this company if you want fair value for your money. It's a rip off

It was my experience with this company that unless you enjoy being lied to and scammed you should call an honest plumbing company. I was quoted $225 an hour for my kitchen faucet to be replaced and that it wouldn’t take more than an hour. Had a Fossett replaced today and be careful because they say they charge you 225 for the first hour and then only took him 40 minutes but then he said in his van for another 30 minutes or so and then wanted to charge me more money that’s so not nice
