This company did a good job of cleaning off the needles from my Cedar shake roof. However, when Savannah promised to come back and do a soft wash on my roof, I never heard from her. The cost they were asking for the soft wash in addition to the tree dropping removal was reasonable. After leaving two or three voicemails, I never heard from the company again. If you want a partially complete completed job on your roof, then use this company. But if I had to do it again, I would definitely not use

I appreciated the quick scheduling of my gutter cleaning for my house, aluminum deck cover, and garden shed. I did notice the next day the pine needles on the backside of the garden shed roof were not cleaned off before the gutter was cleaned and downspouts were not flushed out. I took care of this as I was able to reach with my ladder. I did receive pictures of the work done, but not some of the areas I was most concerned with, such as the front and back gutter downspouts.
