Good afternoon in May 2025 we had a roof installed by Beaver home services. Their sales person Chris did a wonderful job with the insurance claim, the process for installing the roof was handled efficiently the gutter installation was not done all that well, which was also included in the insurance claim. There was to be a $500 credit returned to us after final completion of all the paperwork. almost a year later we still have not received that payment, now they’re telling me they applied that p

Their workers are completely nuts on the road. Weaving in and out of traffic nearly hitting our vehicle with children inside as well as others on the road. There is no reason for a person more importantly for a business truck to be operating their work truck this way. They need to evaluate who they hire especially for those operating an advertised vehicle. Completely unsafe and would not recommend.

Beaver did a fantastic job. I worked with Lee in sales who went above and beyond to get my roof covered by insurance. Since my roof was only 8 years old it was a tough task but they got it done. Then Rick in production got the whole crew out here and knocked out the entire roof in a day with time to spare. Had a roofing company stop by today and ironically they had the same name as my wonderful dog!!! They also did an amazing job on the tarp!!!
