My roof was damaged and I wasn't sure what i was gonna do. Beaver home services and Lee Paulsen particularly were absolutely amazing. They took care of everything and saved me the headache from dealing with the HOA and insurance company. If I can give 6 stars then id give 7 Lee went above and beyond expectations.

Beaver was great until we discovered they used defective steel shingles plus they improperly installed said shingles. Been trying in vain to get them to replace the roof. They are stalling, pointing fingers, and doing nothing. They’re nice enough, but nice isn’t replacing the lousy roof. Install was July, 2025. Reported issues in October, 2025.
