I don't think they delayed the service at all and they made my issue feel like a priority. The workers were polite and professional the whole time. I called in for a main line clog but they said our line was clear and to call the county because it may be their fault. They thoughtfully left the sewer cleanout open when they left so

Jake and David were excellent from start to finish. While on a cruise, I got a call from my house sitter (my grandmother) saying that there was a plumbing issue.
