Absolutely fantastic service! I called Chandler to fix my hot tub, came the same day in extremly cold winter day and he was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He diagnosed the problem quickly and explained everything clearly, making sure I understood what needed to be done. Chandler came out today in extreme weather and did such a fantastic job installing our new liner. There was a miscommunication at the pool store, so we ordered a liner that was too large for our pool. Chandler quickly contacted the pool store and was able to not only secure a refund for the too large liner, but find a better liner for less money. He picked up the replacement for us without incident. With those setbacks, Chandler worked until well after the allotted time to get the job completed.
