I've used this company for many years. I needed my tank emptied. They sent 1 person. My septic tank has a big cement lid on it. The guy attempted to open it by himself and ended up letting it slide into the tank itself. He had to call the office and get help. They weren't exactly apologetic but fished my lid out. It took them most of the day to finish the job. And they pretty much messed up my yard where they had to bring in a piece of equipment to get the lid out. I'm not sure I will use them
