Eddie the technician and his team are fantastic! Andrea at the office is also super helpful. My home in Palisades was impacted and had to get major repairs done. They coordinated with Malibu Glass to take down my Lutron shades so the glass doors could be repaired. Eddie and team then came back to install everything. Supper clean re-install. I would use these guys again for all my shade and automation needs!

She got extremely upset when I tried explaining to her that it was not one of our patients, so there was no way for me to “figure it out” like she kept saying. She called in a very rude tone and then wrote a negative review for our business.

The worst experience ever! Lack of customer service by these ladies. Not only do they over charge, but they don't take responsibility about losing your product that has been paid in full, give you no solution whatsoever, and have the audacity to expect you to repurchase the order.
