My neighbor had a tree fall on his roof. To be nice I gave them permission to access from my yard. They assured me they would use crane pads as there was a sprinkler head where they would be. They tore up my yard. Left most of the tree still here on my property right before a major hurricane is coming. I was considering using them to remove one of my oaks but definitely not after this stunt.

Bay City Tree Service did an excellent job trimming my old Laurel Oak. The tree is near the end of its life and I want to take good care of it so it lives as long as possible. Duane is passionate about saving trees and gave me good advice about how to prolong its life. Richmond and the crew were polite, efficient, and competent. They did great work, and fit in my job on a tight schedule. They left the yard spotless, and the tree looks happy.

If I could give a 10 STAR rating I would! I’ve used Bay City on a previously owned property and now my current property. They did an amazing job! They are prompt and professional. The work was done to the letter of the estimate and then some. The trees are polished & shaped beautifully, stump’s ground and a lot of overgrown brush has been cleared.
