Unfortunately, the most recent reviews are accurate. We hired BAT in August 2022 for a pretty large install in our front yard. They did great work and were responsive throughout the process. However, a year later, a large sinkhole/indent began to develop because they had failed to remove a tree stump they had agreed to remove. Not only is their license suspended by CSLB, but so is their domain name online. Still no response from them regarding the issue with my turf. Since they sub out the work, there’s no one to hold accountable if there’s an issue with the turf or the installation.

Stay away from this company. They dont honor their warranty. Keep giving me the run around. STAY AWAY from THEM
