Dean Bauer was a no show 4 times in one week. We gave him $1000 upfront to purchase a well pump. ONLY because we have known his family for years and thought we could trust them. After he no showed again we told him we wanted our money back and we were going with another company. He won't return calls no money has been returned. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING!!!

I would give 10 stars of gratitude if I could. Dean and Bauer Repair Service saved us (when the original water tank company would not) from disaster as a tiny leak was quickly becoming a serious concern! Our tank and the fittings got replaced asap on an OSU game day with no extra charge! Dean had to use his personal car to bring the tank bc their truck was being serviced. That is way above and beyond!! The tank would have poured 20 gallons of water per hour into our basement if it blew and Bau

-- I, was Needing a WELL PUMP repair, It was nasty pouring the Rain --But, Dean came Over.. He, went home & brought back a used pump, And tried to get me Water. --It, wasn't Working , I was told it was more-- of a Bigger issue. I Was trying to help out (with paying for Some of the Cost..up front) --Contacted my Insurance..And, they covered alittle of the Cost. Dean, came back and brought one item by. -- BUT, never BROUGHT All the New parts & I NEVER..heard from HIM Again..!! It's, REALLY a
